Editorial Policy

How we work at FitNourish.

Fitness advice online is loud, contradictory, and often trying to sell you something. We started FitNourish to be the opposite: calm, evidence-led, and honest about what we don’t know. Here’s the standard every article is held to before Maya and the team hit publish.

Evidence over hype

When a claim touches your health — how much protein, whether a supplement works, how to train safely — we lean on mainstream, well-established guidance rather than the latest viral trend. If the science is mixed, we say “the science is mixed” instead of pretending there’s a magic answer.

We’re enthusiasts, not doctors

We’re genuinely into training, recovery, and nutrition, and we research hard — but we are not medical professionals. Everything here is general information, never a diagnosis or a prescription. See our Medical Disclaimer, and please talk to a qualified professional before changing how you train or eat.

How an article gets made

We pick a real question people are asking, research it, draft it (with help from AI tools), then a human edits it for accuracy, safety, and plain-English clarity. Nothing publishes without that human review.

Independence

Some links earn us a commission (see our Affiliate Disclosure), but no brand buys a recommendation. We share real pros and cons and we’ll happily tell you to save your money.
